How estimates workCan you see permanent lights during the day?
The track is visible if you look for it, but the system is designed to sit neatly along the roofline and blend with the surrounding soffit. Track colour, placement and routing make a big difference to the finished daytime appearance.
Can they make normal warm white?
Yes. We use RGBW lighting, which includes a dedicated white channel instead of creating every white tone by mixing red, green and blue.
Do I have to light my whole house?
No. We can design the system around the front elevation, selected rooflines, the front and sides, or a larger whole-home installation.
Can different areas be controlled separately?
Yes. Depending on the layout, the system can be divided into zones so different parts of the property can be controlled independently.
What happens if one light stops working?
The system is designed to be serviceable. If a component fails, it can be accessed and replaced without replacing the entire installation.
How much does permanent lighting cost?
The price depends on the roofline sections, height, access and layout. We review your property and provide the complete scope and price before you decide. Financing options can be discussed once the project price is clear.
Can you estimate the work from my address?
An address helps us review the property and service area. Photos and the roofline areas you’re considering help us understand the scope; we’ll contact you if measurements or a site visit are needed.
What if my roof or soffit is replaced later?
A renovation can affect the installed track and wiring. Contact us before work begins so we can review the installation and discuss removal or reinstallation options for the specific project.
Do I need Wi-Fi?
Some app features and remote controls may rely on an internet connection. Requirements depend on the installed controller and how you plan to use it, so we’ll confirm the setup for your system.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations take 1–2 days. Larger or more complex homes can take longer depending on the size, height, access and proposed layout. We’ll give you a clearer timeline once we review the property.
